Glenn A. Geissinger
Glenn A. Geissinger is currently the managing partner of Alliance Media Group, a twenty-first century marketing firm headquartered in eastern Pennsylvania. Previously, for nearly seven years, Glenn served in a professional capacity as the President/CEO of Total Marketing Resources, Inc., in Allentown, Pennsylvania. He was with the firm for a total of nearly eleven years.
Prior to TMR he acted as a consultant for various organizations on ways to improve the efficiencies of their marketing efforts. His primary focus was on businesses located in the Northeastern, Mid-Atlantic, and West Coast areas of the United States. He has also operated several small retail businesses.
He has additional experience working for several years as the Controller/VP Marketing for one of the largest credit unions in North Carolina, assisting it to grow more than forty percent during his tenure. He also acted as the general manager for a CPA firm and was named as a lead salesperson for the Combined Insurance Company at one time.
Glenn was educated at Lehigh University and Moravian College, both in Bethlehem, PA, and is degreed in Accounting and Finance, with a Marketing minor. He was honorably discharged as a captain from the United States Army having served with the XVIIIth Airborne Corps and 82nd Airborne Division. He also served more than five years in the position of a bishop in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Glenn lives with his wife, Julia (a former advertising professional), and their two children, Sarah and Noah, in Pen Argyl, PA.
An accomplished marketing and media professional with over 15 years of experience in the advertising industry, Michaela brings a diversified background to Alliance Media Group with both national and local media buying, planning and account management experience gained from having worked in agencies both large and small.
Michaela started her marketing career as a Junior Buyer at Goldberg, Marchesano and Partners, a full-service advertising agency in Washington, D.C., handling nationally known brands such as Papa John’s Pizza, Consolidated Edison New York, London Fog, Vitamin Superstore, National Geographic and The HoneyBaked Ham Company.
Looking to broaden her experience beyond just being a buyer, Michaela left Goldberg, but remained in Washington D.C. with a new position as Senior Buyer/Planner at Davis & Company. There she handled the media planning and purchasing for Arby’s, Children’s Hospital, Kline Tyson Toyota, Sandy Spring Bank, and Political Issue Advertising.
Michaela’s next move took her to New York City where she had the opportunity to work for Total Media Corp. as an Account Manager for NYMC (a national talent search company), buying media in over 200 markets, including Canada and Puerto Rico.
In 2006, Michaela and her husband relocated to Allentown with a desire to start a family. Michaela joined the media department at Total Marketing Resources, and eventually moved on to become part of the newly formed entity Alliance Media Group.
Born and raised in Germany, Michaela began her studies at the University of Hamburg and realized very soon that she needed to satisfy her sense of adventure and go beyond her comfort zone. She moved to the United States and continued her studies at the University of Maryland where she completed her BA in Journalism with an emphasis in Public Relations and Marketing.
Today, Michaela resides in Macungie with her husband and their daughter.
David M. Moore
Over the past twenty-five years, Dave has established himself as an expert in electronic and out of home media.
As a media specialist, Dave has an insider’s perspective on all aspects of the broadcast and advertising industries. While in Pittsburgh, PA, he was an assistant in the Event Marketing Department at Sheridan Broadcasting’s Corporate Headquarters. Dave also held various positions in sales and event management with Patterson Broadcasting, Clear Channel Communications, and Citadel Broadcasting. In 2001 Dave was chosen Citadel Broadcasting Employee of the Year Lehigh Valley. Prior to joining Alliance Media Group, Dave worked as the Media Director at Total Marketing Resources, Allentown. As Media Director, Dave’s responsibilities included the planning, placement, and execution of media campaigns for clients in the Mid-Atlantic Region.
Dave holds a specialized business degree from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh, PA, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the School of Communications and Information Systems at Robert Morris University, Pittsburgh, PA. He also serves as Vice President of Morgan Mason, Inc., a media entertainment management firm.
Dave currently resides in the Lehigh Valley with his wife, Lauri, and children, Robert and Maria.
For nearly 35 years Josy was employed as the accounting manager for Associated Credit Bureau Services, the local credit/collection agency that maintained the Lehigh Valley’s consumer credit reports. She supervised a department of five in all aspects of the daily operations. When business relationships with Trans Union were no longer viable around 2005, the name was changed to the ACBS Group, Inc. with a business focus primarily on real estate closings and public record court house searches.
She stayed on at ACBS Group Inc., and while her title was controller, she assumed a variety of duties in the organization, from secretary /treasury to human resource functions. ACBS was eventually sold to a company in Philadelphia in 2008, and Josy opted to remain in the Lehigh Valley.
As fate would have it, ACBS leased space in the same building that Glenn Geissinger was in previously, and as Alliance Media Group was being formed and in need of a Controller, as they say, the rest is history. For Alliance Media Group, Josy is in charge of making sure media is run and placed as noted, matching affidavits for client invoices, and insuring our vendors are taken care of in a timely manner.
Josy is originally from Bethlehem and now resides in Allentown with her husband, Allen.
With over 20 years of experience in a variety of management, marketing, and sales roles, Rick has spent most of his career on “the other side of the desk.” He understands the challenges faced by business decision makers having been one himself, bringing a unique business perspective to the group.
Beginning his career in the energy industry with Agway Energy Products, he has managed operations in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, eventually creating the "market" business model that was adopted corporate wide for 144 locations across six states. As Director of Marketing for Coordinated Health, he rebranded the entire practice and surgical centers, establishing marketing plans, advertising campaigns, and marketing research projects, establishing the brand as one of the most recognizable health care providers in the Lehigh Valley and Pocono region.
Rick has a BS in Marketing from Pennsylvania State University, and an MBA from Kutztown University. Rick and his wife Michele reside in Laurys Station with daughters Jessica and Nicole.
Pre-Med and Advertising? Not exactly a common educational background, yet that’s what started Jason on his mission to becoming the driven yet understanding advertising professional he is today. What began as a journey to become a healthcare provider took a fortunate turn down a creative path and ultimately led to his current position of Business Development Director with Alliance Media Group.
With over 15 years of media expertise in print, outdoor, and broadcast sales, Jason is uniquely qualified to guide his clients along the sometimes oily slope of media planning and placement – places full of pitfalls and potholes that need to be carefully navigated to help the client reach their potential. Every media pitch sounds good when you hear it…it’s only by virtue of hands on experience can one sniff out the fresh scent of opportunity through the field of false promises. Maximizing exposure through all advertising platforms is what brings growth…both in sales opportunities and profit margins. Can you increase exposure while decreasing expense? Often times it is possible with the right media plan, and he’ll help you find it.
Jason has degrees in both Biology and Art from Lafayette College. In his ridiculously limited free time, you can most likely find him standing on the sidelines coaching a variety of youth sports in Williams Township, PA, where he resides with his lovely wife, 3 kids, and English Setter.
Faith is new to the field of advertising, having recently graduated from Arcadia University with a degree in International Relations and minors in German and Economics. She spent her college years interning with several different organizations, including GrowthLeaders, an executive development consultancy; Pipeline Fund, an angel investment group; and the Foundation for Post Conflict Development (FPCD), a non-profit organization that works to improve the lives of women and children in Southeast Asia. Within her role at these different organizations, Faith was able to work in the marketing and branding of all three, including creating the FPCD website and running their social media accounts, aiding in a branding renewal initiative for GrowthLeaders, and heading an outreach-focused research project for Pipeline Fund. Bringing a fresh face to the company, Faith now helps Alliance Media Group in her role as Media Buyer and Trafficking Manager, through which she helps to coordinate the placement and product of different media types and facilitate communication between clients, account executives, artists, and media vendors until the final advertisement is produced.
